General rules
These rules apply to all schemes.

To receive benefits under FFCT's other schemes, the conditions of the main scheme must be met.
Contributing on 90% of occasions across all schemes run by FFCT is mandatory; otherwise the member's validity will be affected.
FFCT arranges financial support directly into the account of the deceased member's nominee, so no member will have the right to raise any kind of legal challenge.
Spreading misinformation or rumours, or making allegations without evidence, may lead to cancellation of membership and legal action.
Misbehaviour with any office-bearer, or any activity against FFCT, may lead to cancellation of membership.
Untimely Death Scheme rules
FFCT's main scheme — support of ₹10 lakh to ₹50 lakh sent by members directly to the nominee's account.

The membership age limit is a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 60 years. Once a member, membership continues up to age 62.
The lock-in period for the untimely death scheme is 1 year.
The lock-in period is the 365 days from the membership date; contributing to every support alert issued during this time is mandatory.
In the case of accidental death, the lock-in period will be 150 days.
Contributing to 90% of all support alerts issued between the membership date and the date of death is mandatory (after completing at least 365 days).
For members of more than 2 years, validity will be calculated on 90% contribution over the last two years.
A member who falls outside the 90% limit can regain valid membership by contributing for 5 consecutive months.
No support will be given in cases of suicide or murder where the nominee is the accused; in special circumstances the Founding Board's decision will be final.
To keep membership active, a ₹100 annual donation to the trust's account is mandatory every year (valid for 365 days); if delayed, it must be paid within 60 days at most, otherwise membership ends automatically.
Staying connected to the official WhatsApp/Telegram group is necessary; if validity is affected because information was missed, the responsibility lies with the member.
When a valid member dies, the remaining members will send the set minimum amount directly to the nominee's account, and uploading the transaction receipt will be mandatory.
The amount of financial support will be set from time to time by the Founding Board according to the number of members.
If a larger amount is sent by mistake, an attempt will be made to return it on the basis of evidence — this is not guaranteed.
Daughter's Marriage Scheme rules
Collective support of up to ₹5 lakh for the marriage of a member's daughter.

For those who became members by 31 March 2026 the lock-in period is 180 days; after that it is 365 days.
The ₹100 annual donation and 90% contribution in both schemes are mandatory to receive the benefit.
The daughter does not need to be a member — either the mother or the father can become a member and receive the benefit.
If the parents are over 60 or not alive, the daughter's biological brother (at least 18 years old) will be eligible, provided the conditions are met.
At the time of applying, proof of being biological siblings and proof of the parents' death must be provided.
If the parents are not alive and there is no brother, the daughter can become a member herself and receive the benefit (minimum age 18, 1-year lock-in).
The scheme does not apply to a member's own marriage (except for an orphaned daughter).
A maximum of 2 biological daughters are eligible per member; a brother is eligible for at most 2 sister/daughter combinations.
To prevent child marriage, the bride must have completed 18 years at the time of marriage (verified with Aadhaar / Class 10 certificate).
After receiving the benefit, 90% contribution for at least 8 years is mandatory; otherwise the member loses the benefits of other schemes.
If the member (father/mother) dies, the other parent will become a member; the lock-in period will be counted from the first member's date.
If both husband and wife are members, only one of them can apply.
The support amount will be set according to the number of members at that time.
Receiving support is a moral right, not a legal right.
Applying on the website 30 days before the wedding date is mandatory.
